Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking for a project planning and site coordination professional in Singapore.

You will review ISO requirements, drawings, specifications and subcontract terms, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues before construction. You will prepare short- and medium-term work programmes, execute activities to approved schedules, monitor site works for compliance with drawings, quality and EHS procedures, and support cost control through

Responsibilities

• Review and understand ISO requirements, technical drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues before construction.
• Prepare short-term and medium-term work programmes for review and approval.
• Execute project activities according to approved construction schedules.
• Coordinate technical matters involving ERSS, precast works, structural interfaces and facilities planning, where applicable.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and promote safe working practices.
• Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate quality records.
• Analyse inspection results and develop corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation to meet client, authority, quality and EHS requirements.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of temporary and permanent works materials.
• Minimise material wastage, damage, rework and abortive works.
• Support project cost control and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
