WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate and execute construction activities to ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, schedules, quality standards and EHS requirements.

Reporting to the Manager or Team Leader, you will review ISO requirements, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, prepare work programmes, monitor site execution, maintain quality records, manage costs and resources, and support the Project Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues before construction.
• Prepare short-term and medium-term work programmes for review and approval.
• Execute project activities according to approved construction schedules.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and promote safe working practices.
• Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate quality records.
• Analyse inspection results and develop corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation to meet client, authority, quality and EHS requirements.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of temporary and permanent works materials.
• Minimise material wastage, damage, rework and abortive works.
• Support project cost control and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Project Planning & Technical Coordination

• Review and understand ISO requirements, technical drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements and subcontract agreements.

• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues before construction.

• Prepare short-term and medium-term work programmes for review and approval.

• Execute project activities according to approved construction schedules.

Site Execution & Quality Management

• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements.

• Maintain proper site housekeeping and promote safe working practices.

• Implement quality control procedures and maintain accurate quality records.

• Analyse inspection results and develop corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Cost & Resource Management
