NTI Nanofilm is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead technical planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects from kickoff to final acceptance. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customers to meet contractual and technical requirements on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• Experience in project planning and coordination.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to achieve project milestones.
• Lead project meetings, gate reviews, and engineering change management activities.
• Monitor material readiness, production progress, and critical project constraints.
• Drive technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate system integration, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Adhoc tasks as assigned
