Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore's NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary research projects from initiation to closeout. You will develop plans, monitor progress and budgets, and coordinate with funding agencies, industry partners and researchers to ensure timely delivery and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• MSc and/or degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
• 6–8 years of project management experience in research, academic or multi-stakeholder environments.
• CAPM or PMP certification; active certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain plans, Gantt charts, milestones and schedules.
• Monitor progress and expenditure with planned-versus-actual analysis.
• Coordinate with funding agencies, partners, PI, researchers and suppliers.
• Prepare status reports and financial summaries for governance.
• Identify risks, manage issues and escalate significant matters.
• Support grant administration and ensure compliance with guidelines.
