Job summary

• Proven track record of completing projects on time.
• Knowledge of CNC, fabrication and prototyping processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with design, production, quality, and process engineering teams.
• Track progress and report to management and stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure documentation, specs, drawings, and reports are up to date.
• Manage budgets and procurement for materials and services.
• Provide engineering guidance and conduct technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement and optimize execution.
• Resolve project-related technical challenges with timely solutions.
• Assist in vendor management and supplier coordination.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Oversee supplier qualification and material traceability.
• Support prototype builds and New Product Introduction.
• Ensure UHP standards where applicable.
• Track costs and keep operations within budget.
• Optimize machining and assembly to reduce setup time and scrap.
