Enovec pte. ltd. Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead AV/UC projects across regional offices, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and timelines.

The role involves end-to-end project management, site coordination, documentation and handover to service teams, with a hybrid work setting and travel to regional offices when necessary. Candidates should have 3+ years in AV systems and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in AV/Electronics/IT/Electrical or related.
• At least 3 years of experience in operation, engineering and/or installation of AV systems.
• Familiar with UC products (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
• Strong commercial acumen and regional awareness.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project management: planning, sourcing, testing and delivering AV/VC projects on time.
• Manage on-site activities: coordination meetings, site studies and stakeholder collaboration.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and project partners for alignment.
• Own and ensure high standards in system implementation, documentation and client satisfaction.
• Assist in as-built documentation and smooth handover to service teams.
• Develop and review system designs, drawings and technical docs for submissions.
• Oversee commissioning, user training and handovers to meet requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks and client-guidance materials for operation and maintenance.
• Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve AV/VC issues as part of customer support.

Job Description

The candidate will work in a hybrid work setting, with responsibilities to work closely with our regional colleagues and travel to the regional offices only whenever necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Commercial acumen - the ability to construct and present compelling solutions and operational cases for investment. Additionally, the ideal candidate would possess regional awareness - understanding of local business culture, procurement norms, and relationship dynamics, with preference across ASEAN market. The candidate reports to HOD Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end project management process, including planning, sourcing, testing, and delivering AV/VC system projects with precision and timeliness.
• Manage on-site activities, such as attending coordination meetings, conducting site studies, and collaborating with external stakeholders to ensure practical and accurate system solutions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, and project partners to ensure alignment throughout project execution.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned projects, ensuring the highest standards in system implementation, documentation, and client satisfaction.
• Assist to prepare comprehensive as-built documentation and facilitate smooth handover to service and support teams upon project completion.
• Assist to develop and review system designs, drawings, and technical documentation to support project submissions and ensure engineering accuracy.
• Oversee commissioning, user training, and system handovers, ensuring all deliverables meet specified requirements.
• Assist in administrative work such as data entry and other paperwork such as user manuals and training materials to guide clients in system operation and maintenance.
• Perform remote/onsite diagnostics to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve existing or potential faults within AV and VC integrated systems as part of Enovec's customer support commitment.
• Any other tasks assigned by HOD.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in AV/ Electronics/ IT/ Electrical or related.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the operation, engineering and/or installation of AV systems.
• Preferably to have general knowledge of AV products (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, Logitech, Biamp and QSYS).
• Preferably to have general knowledge of AV & IT technologies (e.g. TCP/IP,Networking, Dante, AVB, SDVOE, H.264, H.323, MPEG, EDID, HDCP).
• Comfortable working with Windows environment.
• Sound understanding of desktop application and unified communication technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD.
• Experience working with a variety of UC solutions, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc, will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English. Able to speak Mandarin, or other languages is a plus.
• Trainings would be provided.
