Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking an AV/UC Project Engineer to coordinate end-to-end project delivery from planning through handover. The role involves on-site activities such as surveys, commissioning, and user training, with collaboration across consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The candidate should have 2+ years in AV system installation or deployment, knowledge of AV/UC tech, Windows, and documentation tools, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in AV, electronics, electrical engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of AV system installation, engineering or project deployment preferred.
• Familiarity with AV/UC tech, networking, Windows, and documentation tools (Visio/AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of AV and UC projects from planning to handover.

• Prepare technical documentation, system drawings, as-built documents, user manuals, and project records.

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, system drawings, as-built documents, user manuals, and project records.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical support for AV and UC systems, both remotely and on-site.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Audio Visual, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system installation, engineering, or project deployment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AV/UC technologies, networking, Windows environment, and technical documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with AV products and collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Cisco, Crestron, or Logitech is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Training will be provided.
