Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for a site-based role in Singapore, overseeing construction execution and technical matters on large-scale projects.

You will manage civil and structural works on site, review drawings with consultants, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with specifications and milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience.
• Experience in major construction projects with complex civil works and multiple stakeholders preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

They are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to take on a key site-based role overseeing construction execution and technical matters across large-scale projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and technical details, and work with consultants to resolve design and site issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors and different trades to keep construction works on track and meet project milestones.
• Monitor site progress, quality of works and compliance with specifications, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Handle site inspections, technical submissions, progress reports and other project documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
