Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-phase construction programs using CPM

• Strong leadership to supervise contractors and consultants

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate project lifecycle strategies across multiple phases using CPM tools.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets, cash flow forecasting, VOs, and contract negotiations with QS teams.
• Supervise Main Contractors, MEP teams, and consultants to ensure work matches blueprints and specs.
• Act as senior liaison between authorities, clients, architects, and JV partners to resolve issues.
• Champion zero-harm safety cultures, ensuring compliance with codes, regs and permits.
• Identify constraints or supply chain risks and implement mitigation to prevent delays.
