Job summary

CPG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead multi-disciplinary project teams, ensure design integrity, and manage on-site execution. You will coordinate across consultants, contractors, and developers to safeguard master schedules and quality.

The role emphasizes robust planning, risk management, and proactive communications with clients and authorities to deliver complex building projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction, project management and/or planning.
• Experience managing large-scale and complex building projects.
• Professional accreditation or certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Team: coordinate daily site activities among consultants, contractors, developers, and vendors to ensure on-site execution and schedule adherence.
• Develop and manage the project Contract Management Plan, including claims, variations and correspondence—set clear protocols.
• Chair project and site meetings to resolve issues between design and contractor teams.
