Job summary

MAGIZH ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex projects in Singapore. You will oversee site progress, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and management to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the WSH Act at all times.
• Control costs and budget, and optimize resource utilization.
• Liaise with client representatives and attend site meetings as required.
• Delegate tasks and supervise personnel across site teams.
• Identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Mentor the team by setting guidelines and procedures and providing supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and consultants on project matters.
