You will coordinate with clients, building management, consultants, and site teams, conduct regular site meetings, monitor progress, and ensure work complies with contractual, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in construction or ID (Commercial/Retail).
• Strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills; ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation from start to finish within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with clients, building management, consultants, project team, site staff and contractors to monitor progress.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to ensure quality, contractual compliance and on-schedule progress.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental practices are followed by all workers.
• Plan and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
