Job summary

Sentosa Leisure Management is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control and contract management for transformative infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role covers budgeting, cost planning, value engineering, tendering, and post-contract administration across multiple project phases.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree with 8+ years in the construction industry, including exposure to large-scale multi-disciplinary infra or building projects and public

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of post-graduate relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in quantity surveying and/or contract management for large-scale infra projects.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and cost plans.
• Develop value engineering to optimise project costs while maintaining quality.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders and manage awards.
• Perform post-contract management and administration.
• Monitor cost performance and manage variances and impacts.
• Implement cost control, variations and claims management strategies.
• Manage contractual claims and dispute resolution.
