Job summary

A-Smart Holdings Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer accounts, coordinate projects from order to delivery, and ensure accurate documentation and billing. You will liaise with Sales, Operations, Production, Logistics, and Finance to drive on-time results and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and ERP proficiency, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and meticulous record-keeping to support

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate customer projects from PO receipt to delivery and closure, including schedules and milestones.
• Process orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and project documentation; maintain accurate records.
• Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance for billing and payment terms; resolve billing queries.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated to internal teams and oversee handover and completion documentation.
• Maintain ERP records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
