• Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics management is required.
• 5–7 years of working experience in freight forwarding.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate shipments by sea, air or land.
• Update and operate the Operations System (BLU).
• Prepare quotations to clients, other office or agents.
• Liaise with overseas offices and agents.
• Attend site meetings, surveys & loadouts as required.
• Acknowledge incoming invoices and raise invoices to customers for payment.
• Apply necessary customs permits.
