Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate shipment operations for a well-established freight forwarding company.

The role involves liaising with overseas offices and local contractors to ensure timely movement of goods. You will keep customers informed of collection dates, shipping dates, arrival dates, and handle documentation, customs declarations, and data entry in the in-house system.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Possess Sysfreight knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors.
• Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.).
• Handling and processing of all shipping documentation.
• Customs declarations.
• Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system.
• Other related operational duties as required.
• Report to Operations Manager.
