Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore is seeking a qualified accounting professional to manage monthly management accounts, cost tracking for projects, and financial reporting. You will support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and GST/tax compliance while liaising with auditors and project teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of accounting experience, proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in project accounting.
• Strong knowledge of project cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Positive attitude with ability to work independently under tight deadlines and well-organised.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set monthly management accounts and related schedules timely.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget, monthly cashflow and financial forecast.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST and other statutory tax matters.
• Prepare monthly schedules and reports for annual audit and tax purposes.
• Maintain accurate project accounts, including monitoring project budgets, costs, and revenue recognition.
• Work closely with project managers and QS teams to monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audits and tax-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Support process and system implementation projects; streamline tasks to improve efficiency.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
