Job summary

sp manufacturing pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Programs and Operations Manager with extensive semiconductor EMS experience.

The role oversees customer programs from RFQ to NPI and mass production, coordinating across Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and strong partnerships. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, build a capable operations group, and drive improvements to protect schedules and quality while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics).
• Minimum of 10 years senior management experience in Operations and Program/Project management in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
• Experience in handling NPI programs, product ramp-up, and high mix high volume environments.
• Ability to work independently, make sound business decisions and manage priorities effectively. Strong on PLM and NPI processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence customers and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for operational and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Customer programs in the Semiconductormanufacturing industry from RFQ to NPI and mass production with qualification practices.
• Interface between customers and internal teams in Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve technical and material issues to meet delivery schedules.
• Develop and manage program plans with timeline, budgets, deliverables and accountability.
• Build and qualify an operational team of operators and technicians for manufacturing operation.
• Provide training to Box Build team to meet customer quality and on-time delivery expectations.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and ensure mitigations for delivery and quality commitments.
• Manage customer requirements on Engineering Change Requests and RMAs.
• Drive continuous operational improvement and efficiency to enhance customer experience.
• Grow top line through customer networking and maintain/improve sales margins.
• Manage multiple projects with ownership and execution discipline in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a seasoned manufacturing professionalwith both operational (production, engineering and supply chain) experiencewith a significant customer programs management background within the EMSindustry.

The Key Responsibilities are

Lead and manage Customer programs in the Semiconductormanufacturing industry taking responsibility for managing product manufacturinglifecycles from RFQ’s to NPI and from NPI to mass production taking intoaccount customer qualification practices.

Serve as the keyinterface between customers and internal functional teams in Supply Chain,Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics ensuringclose collaboration, responsiveness and long term partnership development.

Coordinate cross functionally with Supply Chain, Operations,Engineering and Quality to resolve any technical and or material issues toensure effective and efficient execution in manufacturing to meet deliveryschedules.

Develop and manage program plans with timeline, budgets,deliverables and driving accountability across stakeholders.

Build and qualified an operational team of operators andtechnicians for manufacturing operation.

Provide training to Box Build operational team in order tomeet customer expectations for their products quality and on time delivery.

Identify risks, propose solutions and ensure effectivemitigations are taken to protect any delivery and quality commitments.

Manage and coordinate customer requirements on anyEngineering Change Request and or RMA Return.

Continuous drive for operational improvement and efficiency to enhance the customers experience andsatisfaction.

Grow top line business through thorough customer networkingand maintain and improve sales margins to ensure the profitability of thebusiness

Manage multiple projects, demonstrate strong ownership andexecution discipline in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Jobs Qualification Requirements
