Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in Singapore's high-volume semiconductor environment.

The role focuses on production leadership, efficiency, and material flow, driving improvements across output, quality and cycle time. You will lead a manufacturing team, manage planning and KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years' semiconductor/high-volume manufacturing experience with leadership.
• Strong production management, capacity and manpower planning experience.
• Knowledge of OEE, SPC, FMEA, OCAP, process control and 8D.
• Proven ability to lead sizeable manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams across day-to-day and shift operations.
• Deliver manufacturing targets across output, quality, productivity, delivery and safety.
• Manage production planning, WIP movement, capacity, manpower, equipment and material resources.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and resolve production constraints with Engineering, Quality and Planning teams.
• Drive yield, OEE, cycle-time, cost and productivity improvements.
• Maintain manufacturing procedures, quality systems, audit readiness and shop-floor discipline.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Position Overview
