Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Management Executive to support customer projects, NPI and product launches through mass production. You will coordinate schedules, requirements and manufacturing activities in a fast-paced EMS environment.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, coordinating with customers, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering, and handling project costing, documentation and lifecycle activities from NPI to EOL.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related discipline.

• Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays, risks or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, reports and documentation for customers and management.
• Support customer requirements and follow up on project-related enquiries and commitments.
• Assist with product lifecycle activities including NPI, mass production and End-of-Life (EOL) coordination.
• Support continuous improvement activities and other project-related tasks as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Management Executive to support customer projects from NPI and product launch through mass production. The role involves coordinating project schedules, customer requirements, manufacturing activities and supply chain functions to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support customer projects, NPI activities and new product launches within the manufacturing environment.

• Work closely with customers, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and other internal teams on project requirements and issues.

• Support project costing activities including quotation, NRE costs and product-related cost tracking.

• Coordinate manufacturing and supply chain activities to support smooth project execution and production readiness.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in project or program management, preferably within an electronics manufacturing / EMS environment.

• Good understanding of manufacturing operations and the product lifecycle, including NPI, product launch, mass production and EOL.

• Practical supply chain experience in at least two functional areas, such as:

  • Logistics

  • Shipping

  • Procurement

  • Planning

  • Warehouse / Inventory Management

• Experience in project costing, quotation, NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering), revenue or P&L management (Profit & Loss) will be an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and commercial teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented, accurate and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

• Flexible to provide on-call support, including weekends when required, due to the nature of the 24/7 manufacturing operation.
