Job summary

SMARTT PRECISION MFG PTE LTD is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs and manage the product manufacturing lifecycle from NPI to mass production. You will serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and production.

• Experience handling NPI programs, product ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and NPI processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, including yield, cycle time, OEE, and throughput.
• Proficiency in program management tools, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and status reporting.
• Work closely with process engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product ramp-up and stable production.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the direct superior.
