Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management.
• Prefer electronics manufacturing industry experience or similar.

Job description

The Senior Program Executive / Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, ensuring customer requirements, quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved. The role involves cross-functional coordination, production planning, customer management, costing, risk and issue management, inventory control, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end program execution from planning to delivery.


• Translate customer demand and business priorities into executable production plans.


• Track build status, production output, CTB status, material readiness, and program milestones.


• Handle customer enquiries, including cost estimates, quotations, engineering changes, RMA, commercial and sales matters.


• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams.


• Review build plans and chair program reviews, build meetings, and escalation forums.


• Communicate program priorities, changes, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding program updates and requirements.


• Review customer costing, cancellation/exposure charges, customer hedge, and LTB buy.


• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, budgets, cost targets, change requests, and KPI reports.


• Identify production and material bottlenecks and drive corrective and recovery actions.


• Monitor and analyse excess and obsolete inventory and manage related customer chargebacks.


• Plan and execute hedging strategies to minimise market volatility and shipment OTD failure.


• Support continuous improvement, SOPs, standard work, and best practices.


• Mentor junior program executives and support team capability building at Senior level.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.


• Min 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations experience, with at least 3 years in program/project management


• Preferably with experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or similar
