Job summary
ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives in Singapore.
You will plan, govern, engage stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects and workstreams. The role requires at least 8 years in programme or project management, a degree in a related field, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in programme management, project management, digital transformation or technology delivery.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Manage programme timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates and governance reporting.
- Drive change management and support successful adoption of new solutions and processes.
- Ensure programme objectives, deliverables and outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and delivery challenges.
