GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects from concept to completion. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive planning, execution, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of project management experience in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of semiconductor, life sciences, or medical sectors, and proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder

Qualifications

Diploma or degree required in any field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
Deep knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences or medical market.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: act as primary contact for project communications with clients, suppliers and regulators.
Risk Management: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and monitor progress.
Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet high quality standards with appropriate controls.
Budget Management: monitor budgets and expenditures and provide regular financial reports.
