Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced Program Engineer to oversee and coordinate high-precision engineering programs. You will bridge engineering teams, program managers, and clients to ensure design, development, and delivery meet stringent specifications and standards.

The role requires strong project management, technical expertise in precision manufacturing, and hands-on use of CNC machining, CAD/CAM tools, and metrology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in program or project engineering in precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and high-precision measurement tools.
• Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for precision engineering programs.
• Collaborate with NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, resolving technical and logistical challenges as they arise.
