Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects from concept to completion. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive planning, execution, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of project management experience in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of semiconductor, life sciences, or medical sectors, and proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: act as primary contact for project communications with clients, suppliers and regulators.
• Risk Management: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and monitor progress.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to address issues and ensure successful outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Provide regular financial reports to the Sales Director and other senior management.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular status reports to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.

Position Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in any field.
