Job summary

SPD is seeking a capable Programme Manager to oversee administration, operations and control of living skill and care programmes. You will develop policies and practices to ensure efficient service delivery and implement them across the centre.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive outreach to enroll PwDs and caregivers, develop engaging programmes, monitor KPIs, prepare budgets, coordinate funding submissions and build partnerships with government and community organisations.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in health science or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing disability programmes.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, operations and control of living skills and care programmes.
• Drive outreach to enroll persons with disabilities and caregivers.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with govt and community partners.
• Develop and review service models, guidelines and monitor delivery.
• Prepare annual centre budget and coordinate funding submissions.
• Provide progress reports and data analysis for planning.
