Job summary

SPD Singapore is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive outreach for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of social workers, therapists, support and administrative staff, coordinating with government and community partners to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring programme delivery, reporting on KPIs, and overseeing budgeting, service development, and stakeholder engagement to improve client outcomes and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in health science or related field.
• At least 5 years of programme management experience for persons with disabilities.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive outreach to enrol PwDs and caregivers and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor service delivery of programmes.
• Achieve KPIs, provide progress reports, and assist data analysis for planning and reporting.
• Drive service development and sustainability, including budgeting.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with government, community organisations, and funders.
• Guide DAC and SW programming and develop learning materials.

• In operations, drive outreach activities to enrol persons with disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers. Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team including social workers, therapists, support and administrative staff, and work with various government as well as community-based organisations as needed
• Monitor service delivery of programmes
• Responsible for achieving key performance indicators, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes
• Drive service development & sustainability (prepare and oversee budget)
• Lead in Key Stakeholder Engagement. Network and connect with internal and external stakeholder and funders to improve programme and client outcomes
• Guide DAC and SW programming including any learning curriculum and materials required

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in any discipline related to health science from a good University
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing and leading programmes for persons with disabilities
• Excellent management, leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team
