Job summary

SPD in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for the Enabling Services Hub (Marine Parade). You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver disability-related services, manage programmes, and engage with government and community partners to ensure service quality and sustainability.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor in health science, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in a health science related field from a good university.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing programmes for persons with disabilities.
• Excellent management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Business planning and marketing experience preferred.
• Communicative, persuasive and able to encourage and motivate the team.
• Ability to think out-of-the-box and good enterprising spirit.
• A good understanding and knowledge of the sector and dynamics

Responsibilities

• Administration: manage administration, operations and control of Enabling Services Hub programmes; recommend and implement policies for efficient operation.
• Operations: drive outreach to enrol persons with disabilities and caregivers; develop and implement ESH services and activities; supervise a multi-disciplinary team; monitor service delivery and KPIs; coordinate funding submissions; prepare annual budget.
• Service Development & Sustainability: engage in organisational planning; ensure sustainability, including funding exploration and renewals; stay current with funding rates and fees; prepare annual budget.
• Networking: outreach to referral agencies, community organisations and hospitals for client referrals; participate in SPD events and build networks with SSAs and funding bodies.
• Other Duties: perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
