EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Project Delivery lead in Singapore to drive end-to-end initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and RegTech. You will guide Agile processes, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

The role demands deep domain expertise in Payments, SWIFT, AML/KYC, and Regulatory Reporting, with strong business analysis and testing leadership to deliver high-impact banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Extensive experience in Banking & Financial Services IT and project delivery.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery with sprint planning and backlog management.
• Strong domain knowledge in payments, SWIFT, and regulatory tech.
• Experience in Digital Banking projects and AML/KYC domains.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, workshops, and solution discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Project Delivery for banking and financial services initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and RegTech.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, RAID, dependencies, and tracking.
• Drive Payments & SWIFT initiatives: Fast Payments, GIRO, PayNow, MT103/MT202, and SWIFT GPI.
• Lead Digital Banking initiatives including Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, and Trade Finance.
• Translate RegTech requirements on AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Reporting into deliverables.
• Perform Business Analysis: elicitation, gaps, process analysis, workshops, and specs.
• Own Test Management: test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect mgmt, and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendors.
