Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking and financial services technology programs in Singapore.

The role covers digital banking, payments, regulatory technology, and financial transformation initiatives. You will manage planning, estimation, execution, testing, and production rollout across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models, coordinating with business, technology, risk, and vendor teams to ensure quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Banking and Financial Services IT delivery.
• Experience in Project Management, Program Delivery, Scrum Master, Senior Business Analysis, and Test Management.
• Strong exposure to Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and Regulatory Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking and financial services technology projects.
• Manage project planning, estimation, execution, tracking, and closure across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models.
• Drive business analysis activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution definition.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, risk, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and manage test strategies, SIT/UAT, regression testing, defect management, and quality governance.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID artifacts.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and delivery requirements.
• Lead initiatives involving digital banking, payments, and regulatory/transaction solutions.
• Support projects involving AML/KYC, fraud, credit risk, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, quality, and business requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery activities to meet timelines and quality.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of banking processes and delivery methodologies.
