Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Delivery Lead for banking and financial services IT programs in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end delivery across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and regulatory tech initiatives, coordinating across business, technology, and risk teams.

You will oversee Agile/scrum practices, manage backlogs and risks, and ensure successful testing, rollout, and production readiness. Strong payments and RegTech domain knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of banking/financial services IT experience with strong project delivery
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint/backlog/Risk & dependency management
• Domain expertise in Payments & SWIFT: Fast Payments, GIRO, PayNow, MT103/MT202/MT202COV, GPI
• Experience delivering Digital Banking: Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, Trade Finance
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, Regulatory/Transaction Reporting
• Strong business analysis skills: elicitation, gap analysis, workshops
• Test management: SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect management
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SQL

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for banking/financial services initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and RegTech.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, RAID management, dependencies, and tracking.
• Drive Payments & SWIFT initiatives covering Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Lead Digital Banking initiatives across Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, Trade Finance, and customer-facing solutions.
• Translate Regulatory Technology requirements into functional deliverables and project artifacts.
• Perform business analysis including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Own test management activities including test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect management, and production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendors.
