Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Banking & Financial Services IT with strong experience in Project Delivery.
• Bachelor's degreein computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint management, backlog management, RAID, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Strong domain expertise in Payments & SWIFT, including Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Strong experience in delivering Digital Banking solutions involving Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, and Trade Finance.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Technology, including AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting.
• Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional specifications, and stakeholder management.
• Strong Test Management experience covering SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and quality governance.
• Strong Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Project Delivery for banking and financial services initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and Regulatory Technology.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, RAID management, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
• Drive Payments & SWIFT initiatives covering Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Lead Digital Banking initiatives across Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, Trade Finance, and customer-facing banking solutions.
• Translate Regulatory Technology requirements related to AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting into functional requirements and deliverables.
• Perform Business Analysis including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process analysis, functional specifications, stakeholder workshops, and solution discussions.
• Own Test Management activities including test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect management, test execution, and production readiness.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
