Job summary

Grand Venture Technology Private Limited is seeking a Senior Strategic Operations Leader to partner with the COO and SEA leadership on prioritising strategic initiatives, long-term planning and regional execution across the SEA region.

You will drive cross‑functional programs for governance, safety, sustainability and continuous improvement, lead Europe-to-SEA transfers, CAPEX planning and capacity expansion, and align regional teams to deliver scalable growth in line with Aalberts standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO and the SEA leadership team on strategic operational priorities, long-term planning and the execution of key initiatives across the region.
• Evaluate and support new business opportunities and customer engagements from an operational perspective, ensuring readiness for successful onboarding, ramp-up and long-term growth.
• Support the development of regional performance management, governance structures and operational best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across SEA sites, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost competitiveness.
• Drive and support safety and sustainability initiatives in line with regional and Group objectives, including ensuring compliance with Aalberts standards and best practices.
• Lead and coordinate product and technology transfer programs from Europe to SEA, including industrialization, stakeholder alignment and risk management.
• Support regional CAPEX, footprint optimization and capacity expansion projects to enable future growth and operational scalability.
• Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful execution across the operations, engineering, supply chain, quality and commercial teams.
• Act as a key link between the European and SEA organizations, facilitating collaboration, knowledge transfer and alignment on strategic priorities and operational execution.
