Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations professional in Singapore to drive team and stakeholder management across regional accounts. You will support daily operations, plan resources, and coordinate business reviews to align priorities and outcomes.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration across APAC, tracking KPIs, and leading process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and decision-making. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective account management and operational efficiency.
• Share best practices, lessons learned, and standardized procedures across the team to promote consistency and operational excellence.
• Support automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to facilitate alignment and effective program execution.
• Support daily operational activities, including execution planning, resource utilization, knowledge management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities, including business reviews and performance review meetings, to monitor progress and align on operational priorities.
• Track KPIs, improvement targets, and business outcomes, and support the implementation of process improvements across regional markets.
• Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities, recommend practical solutions, and support the standardization of business processes to enhance performance.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support customer satisfaction, operational stability, and business growth initiatives.
• Improve data management, information flows, and operational reporting to support accurate and timely decision-making.
• Support strategic and resource planning based on forecasts, seasonal demand, and peak-period requirements.
• Analyse, map, and document existing and future business processes in accordance with regional standardization frameworks and operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations, performance summaries, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with implementation teams on project activities and execution to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and transition.
• Monitor relevant APAC market developments, identify potential operational risks, and support the preparation of mitigation plans for customer communication and follow-up.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
