Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Mental Health division’s initiatives, ensuring programmes align with our goals and the needs of the community. You will oversee KPI targets, manage the programme budget, supervise staff, and coordinate with partners to drive outreach, participation, and impact, while reporting progress to funders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or post-graduate diploma in social work, counselling, psychology.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a social service, mental health, or healthcare setting, with minimum 3 years of clinical experience with mental health and/or dementia clients.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements casework, groupwork and community-based activities following MH's service framework.
• Tracks KPIs and monitors progress of work plans.
• Develops publicity and outreach strategies to drive participation.
• Coordinates resource allocation for programme execution.
• Provides supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Engages with stakeholders and partners to gather insights.
• Oversees community outreach events and maintains relationships.
