Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore is seeking an experienced programme leader to drive the Mental Health division's initiatives aligned with community needs. You will oversee KPIs, manage programme operations, and coordinate with partners to ensure impactful delivery.

The role requires a degree or higher in social work, counselling, or psychology and at least six years in relevant settings, including hands-on clinical experience and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree or post-graduate diploma in social work, counselling, psychology.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a social service, mental health, or healthcare setting, with minimum 3 years of clinical experience with mental health and/or dementia clients.
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implement MH division initiatives and programmes in line with organisation goals and community needs.
• Oversees KPIs, processes and efficient operation of mental health programmes.
• Lead programme development and implementation, tracking KPIs and community outreach.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff and support professional development.
• Organise stakeholder engagements and partnerships to determine programme requirements.
