Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in consulting / IT services / analytics-driven roles.
• Readiness to travel occasionally.
• Mandatory: Singapore PR or Singapore Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs across Retail & CPG.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs with adherence to timelines, cost, and quality.
• Establish governance frameworks (RAID, KPIs, executive reporting).
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
