Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior project delivery professional to lead transformation initiatives across the APAC region, with emphasis on retail credit decision processes and data analytics. The role requires 10+ years of experience and strong governance of budgets, timelines and risk.

You will collaborate with business analysts, architects and delivery managers to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ experience in project delivery or program management.
• Experience in transformation initiatives within APAC, especially related to retail credit decision processes, data analytics and credit scoring models.
• Strong ability to define, plan and govern complex programs with risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage budget, technical deliverables as per plan
• Work with the Functional Business Analyst to ensure that functional requirements are well defined and delivered
• Work with the Architects and Solution Architects to ensure solution designs are delivered
• Work with the Tech Delivery managers to deliver detailed estimates for the build and test phases of the program.
• Ensure the deliveries are as per plan. Pro-actively highlight risks and develop mitigation strategies
• End to end responsibility for multiple projects in the region
