Job summary

HSBC Singapore is seeking a high-calibre Project and Programme Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for large-scale GTS transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, technology and risk, ensuring governance, budgeting and reporting are tightly managed.

You will own planning, risk management and change control, delivering measurable client outcomes while maintaining enterprise-grade governance.

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes across front-to-back GTS processes.
Delivery of business, regulatory and/or technology change with operating model impacts.
Proven cross-functional, multi-location leadership with accountability.
Executive stakeholder management and preparation of decision-grade materials.
Strong planning, prioritisation and change-control discipline.
Risk and control mindset with audit-ready delivery artefacts.
Ability to translate strategy into executable plans across people, process, data and technology.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for the GTS scope of Project S, ensuring outcomes are delivered to plan.
Lead executive governance and decision-making with senior stakeholders; escalate risks early.
Direct integrated planning and delivery controls, including dependency management and milestones.
Own financial management and performance MI including budget oversight and forecasting.
Drive transformation execution with a focus on end-to-end process integrity and client outcomes.
Hold workstream leads accountable; resolve cross-functional conflicts and impediments.
Shape target operating model and implementation roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture.
Ensure audit-ready controls and sustainable embedding of change into BAU across teams.
