Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale transformation across multiple workstreams in Singapore.

The role involves establishing governance forums, reporting, and proactive risk management to ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements. You will liaise with executive stakeholders across business, operations, technology, compliance, legal, and finance, driving decisions and ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cross-functional transformation programme across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance forums, meetings, status reporting, decision logs, and programme documentation.
• Manage executive stakeholders across business, operations, technology, compliance, legal, finance and external parties.
• Oversee regulatory deliverables, submissions, approvals, and governance compliance.
• Drive planning and execution, monitor timelines, interdependencies, and milestones.
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify/mitigate risks.
• Ensure BAU continuity and minimize business disruption.
• Coordinate across workstream leads to track progress and timely deliverables.
• Produce executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Foster collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
