You will troubleshoot, maintain and resolve production service interruptions for internally and externally developed systems, driving a seamless user experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, resolving and maintaining IT services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-facing technology support across APAC.
• Operate in a follow-the-sun support model with global teams.
• Manage production incidents to resolution with timely escalation and communication.
• Perform post-incident analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Act as SME for key applications and maintain global best-practice standards.
• Monitor production environments and address anomalies using observability tools.
• Contribute to tools/framework evolution using SRE principles.
• Analyze complex incidents to drive rapid resolution and lessons learned.
