Job summary

Zenika in Singapore is seeking a Production Support specialist who believes Go-Live is just the start. You will guard system stability, troubleshoot across Python, Java, and SQL layers to ensure clients' web solutions are resilient and high-performing.

You will own the Run phase for critical apps, monitor health with Datadog and cloud dashboards, respond to incidents, and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term fixes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support or production engineering.
• Strong SQL and Unix/Linux proficiency.
• Experience with incident management and RCA.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and SDLC.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and performance with Datadog and dashboards.
• Lead incident management, diagnosis, mitigation, and resolution.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Support deployments and patches via CI/CD on AWS.
• Optimize SQL queries and resource scaling.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation.
