Job summary

Zenika Singapore is seeking a Production Support specialist who treats post go-live reliability as paramount. You will be a guardian of stability, diagnosing incidents across Python, Java, and SQL stacks, and proving defenses with logs and dashboards.

You will monitor using Datadog, work with AWS, and contribute to CI/CD deployments, while sharpening RCA skills and documenting runbooks for scalable resilience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in application support or production engineering.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Deep familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC.
• An Agile, fast learner who works well in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor application health and performance.
• Act as the primary responder for incidents; diagnose and resolve issues across layers.
• Conduct RCA and work with development teams on long-term fixes.
• Support deployments and patches via CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze performance and tune SQL and resources for stability.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation; automate repetitive tasks.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents.
