Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Application/Production Support specialist to ensure reliable performance across digital, e-commerce, web and mobile platforms.

The role requires strong AWS and cloud-native knowledge, hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc.), and solid incident/change management capabilities. You will troubleshoot production issues and collaborate across teams to keep services available and performant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, TechOps, or related roles.
• Strong AWS and cloud-native application knowledge.
• Experience supporting digital, e-commerce, web, and mobile platforms.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, web services, integrations, and authentication.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of APM, SRE practices, log analysis, and content delivery architecture.
• Experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools.
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
