Job summary

Yamari Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor for our temperature sensor manufacturing line. You will oversee daily production operations, coordinate workflows, train and guide operatives, and ensure safety standards and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics, 5 years' supervisory experience, and strong leadership, organizational, and MS Office skills to drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

• Draws up duty roster for operatives, allocating work and arranging replacements for absentees.
• Troubleshoots production problems and assists in planning new projects and machinery positioning.
• Trains, motivates and guides subordinates, provides input to performance appraisals.
• Report directly to the Production Manager.
• Champions cost saving ideas through implementation.
• Establish work standards / workflow to comply with safety requirements.
• 5 years' experience supervisor role.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics.
