Qualifications

• Min 5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Able to work in rotating shifts if required.
• Dynamic, Proactive and Independent with a positive attitude.
• Holds high hygiene and safety standards.
• Six days work week (Mon to Sat) on rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• In Charge of managing daily production, capacity planning and machine optimisation.
• In charge of leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules for the various operations supporting customer requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, organised and clean work environment
• Coordinate with cross functional teams in resolution of any issue that may impact production/quality.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
