Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior planning leader to guide a team of planners, align production plans with demand, capacity and material availability, and ensure reliable customer commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, schedule stability, and supply reliability while collaborating with procurement, engineering, and operations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in production or materials planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Ability to drive accountability and make difficult trade-off decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of planners with clear direction, coaching and performance management.
• Review customer demand, forecasts and backlog to set priorities and optimize production output and lead times.
• Ensure timely material availability and manage material lead times, shortages and delivery risks.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Customer Operations to align priorities.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation plans; drive continuous improvement in planning and forecasting.
