Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Robotics & Smart Systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; willingness to learn new software.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
• Make budgetary recommendations and controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor at higher levels.
• Develop schedule and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
