Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead / Supervisor Production Planner to oversee and coordinate production activities in Singapore. The role requires a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 5 years of production planning or scheduling experience, with proven leadership and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of production planning/scheduling experience.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Costing principles and manufacturing operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities across multiple product lines.
• Develop and prioritize production schedules to achieve optimal efficiency and timely delivery.
• Forecast and allocate manpower, machinery, and raw materials to meet production requirements.
• Assign and coordinate workforce resources to support production targets.
• Schedule and monitor production orders to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Track production progress and address operational issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Analyze production output, including completed units, defects, and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare and present regular production status, performance, and planning reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
